They wanted to be able to charge their cars rapidly, whilst at work. Our team of experts analysed all of the clients needs and recommended the Project EV EVD-40S-P DC-40Kw 1 Gun which cuts the average charging time down by up to seven hours! The DC charger bypasses the onboard charging system, giving power to a vehicle’s battery directly and safely. Because the DC charger is external to the car, it is not limited in terms of size or cost.
From initial site visit all the way through to design and installation, the process lasted just two weeks! In such a short space of time our experts were able to take Inspired Life Care’s requirements and design the perfect solution tailored to suit their every need. With the install phase taking just one day, it meant our client could get charging immediately with minimal downtime or disruption.
The ProjectEV unit that we installed includes a 25-40kw power control, 7″ touch screen LCD for parameter browsing and settings, IP45 protection level for outdoor installation, solar compatibility, RFID functionality to give the client security if they choose to use it and OCPP compatibility. The unit looks amazing and can be floor or wall mounted depending on customer preference or accessibility.
